Megan Carley, MSW, LCSW-S

With over two decades of experience and a Master’s degree in Social Work from Fordham University, I am a seasoned therapist dedicated to helping individuals overcome challenging life experiences. Throughout my career, I have worked in a variety of settings, including dual diagnosis residential treatment facilities, inpatient and outpatient programs specializing in eating disorders, and substance abuse treatment programs.

My passion for helping others has only deepened over the years, and my focus has evolved to specialize in complex trauma, attachment trauma, spiritual abuse, and LGBTQ+ related issues. To best serve my clients, I integrate various modalities, including Internal Family Systems and EMDR, to create a customized treatment plan that addresses their unique needs.

Clients appreciate my direct and compassionate approach to therapy, and I strive to provide a safe and supportive space where individuals can explore their feelings and work towards their personal goals. Whether you are seeking to heal from past trauma, build resilience, or enhance your self-awareness, I am here to guide and support you on your journey of self-discovery.
